Processing Time

Orders are prepared by hand and typically process within 2–5 business days.

Ambrosia products are made in small, intentional runs. Processing time allows each order to be handled with care so it arrives fresh and ready for use. Processing time does not include transit time.

During periods of high volume or holidays, processing times may extend slightly.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order ships.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Complimentary shipping is included with full-size (50 mL) oils or on orders $70 and above.

For other orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


International Orders

International orders are available by request.

International customers are responsible for:

  • shipping costs (priority or express shipping is required)

  • any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country

If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please contact us prior to purchasing so we can assist.


Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines and handling are outside our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Ambrosia is unable to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once confirmed, store credit will be issued for the affected item(s).
